How We Operate

To further our actions of restoring our culture and identities, the Anishinaabek Land Trust aims to revitalize traditional Anishinaabe governance. This structure that we have implemented is at a very preliminary stage. Our vision with this structure is for it to grow, and advance into more specific, defined roles that reflect and honour the Traditional Governance that was used before.
